Two sentences about your role at SRG Woolf:
As a Sr. Clinical Recruiter, I am responsible for identifying, sourcing and retaining highly skilled and experienced clinical personnel across the US in support of our pharmaceutical and CRO clients' business needs. I provide excellent candidate support when securing their ideal position from introduction and through their employment with our clients.  

What do you enjoy most about working at SRG Woolf?
The comradery of our team feels like you are working with your family away from home. 

What motivates you and why?
Being successful in my career so that I’m able to support my son and provide a comfortable living for him. 

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
Learn how to remodel homes!

What’s at the top of your bucket list?
Take my son to Germany to meet my extended family!

2 sentences about your role at SRG Woolf:
I manage the sales and account management function in our Raleigh, NC headquarters.  My team and I work with Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Device and CRO companies to provide talent acquisition solutions for clinical trials.

What do you enjoy most about working at SRG Woolf?
The people.  I know it is cliché, but this is the best team I have ever worked with in my 12+ years working in the clinical staffing industry and I can honestly say I love coming to work every day.

What motivates you and why?
The patients.  Our goal is to help get beneficial (often times life saving) therapies into the hands of sick and suffering patients and that is the ultimate motivation.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I would love to be able to play the piano.  I have played the drums my whole life but there is something about the piano that fascinates me.

What’s at the top of your bucket list?
Taking my wife and kids to see the Wieliczka Salt Mine in Poland.  I went while I was in college and it was amazing so I would love to be able to share that with my family.
